Submitting your entry is easy. All entries can be emailed including your sound recording or written announcement. If emailing please also fax the completed form to 305.571.2244 with required signatures. Include your name on the fax.

1. Download Entry Form from right.
2. Complete the Form and mail with your submission to the provided address. Or you can email your form with your submission (printed announcement and/or recorded spot) to radiocontest@caringplace.org. All emailed entry forms must also be faxed with signatures to 305.571.2244.
3. Your entry must be received by June 2, 2008.
4. Include your email address so that you may be notified that your submissin was received.
5. The Winners will be posted on our website on June 9th.
6. Only one entry per person or group is allowed, but tell your friends about the contest and get others involved.
