The announcement should contain.

1. The name of the Miami Rescue Mission /Broward Outreach Centers and the event name.
2. Date of Event - July 4th of course.
3. Our website addresses: miamirescuemission.com & browardoutreachcenter.com
4. May include the need for volunteers, clothes, money, and shoes.
5. See our newsletter about last year's event to learn more. See other newsletters.
6. Visit our media page to hear other radio spots and see videos of how we help the homeless.
7. Your message must be 30 seconds. This is about 60 to 75 words in length.
8. Recorded messages may be emailed with the entry form, but must not be over 3MB. It is preferred to email them in mp3 format. You may also mail them to the address on the entry form.
9. Create excitement and motivate people to
   become involved.
10. You may include appropriate music as background to your spot.
11. Have lots of fun.
12. Download the entry form and email, fax, or send to us. All entries must be signed. If a minor enters, a parent or guardian also has to complete the form.
