First Prize Winner receives $1,000 Dollars and will record their announcment at a major radio station. This announcment will run prior to the Christmas in July Event. Second Prize is $500 dollars and Third Prize is $100.00.

1. Create a 30 Second Announcement Concerning the Christmas in July Event. Submit your entry by either email (radiocontest@caringplace.org) or send to Miami Rescue Mission, Attention: Radio Contest, 2159 NW 1st Court, Miami, FL 33127. If emailing entry, please also fax the entry form with applicable signatures. (Only signed entries will be officially entered)  Entries may be recorded or written, but must be no longer than 30 seconds. (Editing may be necessary for time constraints) See Helpful Hints
2. Contest begins May 5th, and all entries must be received by June 2nd , 2008. Only one entry per person or group may be submitted.
3. Three winners will be selected and notified on June 6, 2008. First Prize is $1,000, Second Prize is $500.00, and Third Prize is $100.00. The First Prize winner will be invited to a major radio station during the week of June 9 – 13 to have their announcement recorded for broadcast.
4. The winners of the contest will be posted on our website on June 9th.
5. Employees and their families of MRM/BOC are not eligible to participate.
6. The winners will be selected by the staff of MRM/BOC and all results are final.
